Our recipes are inspired by many cuisines, including Mediterranean, South American, Mexican, Italian, Asian. We cook and prepare all foods at our Kitchen and bring them ready to consume to your event. We can also customize a menu according to special need. Take a look at our menu below.

Warm meals

Our vegan Surnamese Javanese bami dish is greatly loved by many. It is prepared from egg free spaghetti with its own composition of herbs, spices and ketjap made by us. This is our vegan version without shrimp paste (trasi) & MSG. Super delicious!!

Our Surinamese Nasi is a stir-fried rice dish. It is served with tofu satay, long beans, pickled cucumber and fried ripe banana wrapped in a crispy dough, with delicious Surinamese peanut sauce.

Our vegan roti dish is loved. With Masala potatoes, yardlong beans and chickpea beans as protein. Try it and discover the vegan alternative to your roti with chicken.

This lasagna meal is just as delicious as the lasagna you are used to. It is filled with vegetables and soy protein. With on top vegan cheese made by us. This meal is served with focaccia bread  with delicious olives, fresh from our bakery.

This delicious wok noodles combined with  our selected vegetables mix and soy-based protein, is served with fried plantain and garden salad. 

This unique rice dish contains coconut and cashew nuts. It’s a delicious dish accompany with fried tofu and fresh salad. You can add a corn on the cob to your meal.

Our meatballs have oatmeal, fresh mushrooms and walnuts as basic ingredients.
Lightly fried and simmered in spiced tomato sauce, they are served over pasta. Now also served with a sweet en spicy plaintain salad

This nutricious rainbow dish consists of a tasty oven-baked crumb-coated eggplant slices with white “cheese” sauce on top of antioxidant rich black rice and pearl barley.
On the side is served our epic potato salad, ginger-cayenne coated fried plantain and coleslaw.
